The lights of Broadway were bright, but the action inside Nissan Stadium was even hotter during the Nashville Supercross. Our team, Dirt Legal DBDRacing WMR KTM, showed up ready to work and prove what these bikes can do. After weeks of coming close, round 13 turned out to be the breakthrough weekend we have all been waiting for this season.

It was a morning start for the riders, which changes the whole energy of the pits compared to a night race. The track was technical and started breaking down early in the day under the Tennessee sun. But our guys stayed focused and put their KTMs exactly where they needed to be to make a statement.

Making the Main Event in Music City

The biggest news from the weekend was the double main event qualification for our crew. Both of our 250 riders had to fight through the LCQ gauntlet to secure their spots on the gate.

Marcus Phelps and Jace Kessler both rode with massive hearts to secure their gate picks against a stacked field. Seeing two Dirt Legal bikes on the line for the Main Event was a proud moment for the whole crew. It shows that the hard work in the shop is finally translating to results on the track.

Phelps’ Career Best Results on a Brutal Track

Marcus Phelps put on a masterclass regarding how to handle a challenging track during the finals. The dirt in Nashville can get tricky as the night goes on, with ruts that can swallow a front tire. Phelps stayed smooth and picked his lines perfectly to avoid the worst of the chopped-up sections.

He crossed the finish line in 14th place, marking the best finish of his professional career. It was a tactical performance that showed just how much he has grown as a rider this year. He didn’t just survive the race; he attacked it from start to finish with impressive intensity.

Kessler Makes a Statement on the Comeback Trail

Dirt Legal rider Jace Kessler, number 511, in gold and black gear with orange boots. He is jumping his KTM dirt bike in a stadium, with red arena seats in the blurry background.

Jace Kessler has had a year full of hurdles and tough breaks that would have stopped most riders. But Nashville was the turning point he deserved after months of grinding away in silence. He nailed a great jump off the gate and showed he belongs at the front of the pack with the best.

This was his first Main Event of the year, and it felt like a massive weight was lifted off the team. His persistence is a perfect example of what the Dirt Legal spirit is all about for our fans. You don’t quit just because things get difficult; you twist the throttle harder and find a way through.

Anthony Rodriguez Shows Raw Speed

Anthony Rodriguez wearing a pink, purple, and black jersey and a flame-patterned helmet leans his orange KTM bike sharply through a deep dirt corner. He is racing on a track lined with yellow Dunlop barriers.

Anthony Rodriguez also put in a gritty performance that the box score might not fully show to casual fans. He showed massive gains in his raw speed throughout the practice sessions and the heat races. During the LCQ, he carved through the field with a charge that had the fans on their feet.

Even when the dirt is flyin’ and the pressure is on, he remains one of the fastest guys out there. The momentum is clearly building for the entire squad as they head toward the next rounds of the Supercross Championship.

Why Dirt Legal Sponsors Professional Supercross

Our roots are planted firmly in the dirt bike world, and we never want to forget where we came from. We started this company because we love these machines and the people who spend their weekends at the track. Dirt bikes offer a type of freedom you just can’t find anywhere else in the world of motorsports.

Partnering with The Dirt Bike Depot and WMR KTM allows us to give back to the community that supports us. It also lets us hang out with gearheads who appreciate high-performance engineering and the smell of race fuel. Whether it is a factory KTM or a DIY build in a garage, we respect the hustle and the passion.

Bringing That Racing Spirit to Your Garage

We know that many of you watching the Nashville Supercross have a bike in the garage right now. Maybe it’s a trail bike you use for weekend escapes or a dedicated track weapon you use for local races. The problem is that most dirt bikes are stuck on a trailer until you reach a specific riding area.

That is a huge bummer when you just want to ride your bike to the local shop or hit a quick trail. Most people think getting a plate for a dirt bike is a total headache that takes months to solve. They assume you have to spend hours dealing with complex paperwork or jumping through endless hoops.
